We provide monitoring services that are state-of-the-art. Our systems are rock solid and dependable 24/7. We can receive signals from any type of burglar or fire alarm system in the field. We also provide two-way voice / panic monitoring for elevators and emergency call boxes (“blue light” pedestals).
Two-Way Voice
Two-Way Voice provides home and business owners with hands-free communications with the central station in the event of an emergency. No more “where is the phone?” Now, you can sell the fact that TWV will provide for far fewer false alarms and speed up police response. How? When we come across the speaker and say “XYZ Security….Please identify yourself”, we should receive the proper name and password. If we’re ignored but can hear people moving around, then we know that this is very probably a burglary in progress and will dispatch it as an “audio verified” burglary in progress. The police generally respond quickly and with multiple officers to verified in-progress burglaries.

P.E.R.S. Monitoring - WITH LIVE NURSE CALL FEATURE!!
Sure, we monitor PERS systems and can keep track of medication and more. However, we also provide a PERS service that few others do. Our dealers have access to a PERS system with two buttons on it as well as the pendant. If your customers need emergency help, they can simply push the large button on the main unit or the large button on their pendant. Our operators will then leap into action to help your customer. But, what if the customer has only a question about prescription medication, over-the-counter remedies, symptoms they have or any other medical question? Just push the blue, Nurse Call button and you will be immediately connected to a Registered Nurse with no less than 10 years of experience. If the situation becomes life-threatening, the nurse will dispatch medical personnel and then notify us. Everyone sells PERS devices. Now you can sell something that gives you a distinct advantage over the competition!
In an emergency, rest assured that we will stay on the line with your customer as we send an ambulance so that your customer isn’t “left alone” while they are experiencing the fear associated with a medical emergency. Additionally, our operators are trained in speaking with family members when they need to be informed of an urgent or sad situation involving a loved one.
Multi-Lingual Operators
Your current central station probably has bi-lingual operators. Bi-lingual isn’t good enough in today’s world. There are too many people that use English as a second language or who have visitors staying with them who don’t speak English at all. Our monitoring software will forward the signals to as many people as you want. Charge the customer a bit extra per month for the convenience and added security. Want to provide that extra personal touch to your customers? Receive a text and/or email for any verified burglary, fire or panic signal. Once you receive the “closed out” signal, you can call your customer and be there when they might need you most. You’ll have a customer for life and one that refers you to everyone they know.
Managed Access Control
Allow us handle all of the program changes to doors, schedules and users. Your customer doesn’t have to learn the software and be burdened with having to make all of the changes. For a flat fee, we handle everything. We can even print full color ID badges for use with the readers. Cellular, Radio Back-Up and Remote/Interactive Services
We do not support AES/Intellinet at this time but would be happy to house your receiver at no additional charge if you have an established network. If there is another service provider you use but don’t see on this list, please let us know and we’ll add it!
